Return and refund policy

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available based on product availability.

  • To request an exchange, contact support@havalione.com with your order details and the product you want in exchange.
